This is a fully licensed STR in Penetang. Entire ground floor level of well kept brick bungalow in Penetanguishene. Large deep lot backing onto woods with trails. Enjoy walking and cycling routes through the park, or to Midland, or along the old rail trail. Located very close to Kings' Wharf Theatre at Discovery Harbour (seasonal). This year the season extends into November to include a Christmas pantomime. This is a duplex so there are tenants downstairs.
The space
Helpful and friendly neighbourhood; large, private backyard with firepit and access to woods and walking trails behind property. Contact us if you would like to know more about walking or cycling trails (or would like a guide!). Venues nearby include King's Wharf Theatre, Awenda Park and the beautiful Tiny Beaches.
Guest access:
The whole property is available to guests, but note that the backyard and firepit is a shared space, although the downstairs tenant rarely accesses it. There is a downstairs apartment, that is accessible via a separate entrance. Tenant may be around using the driveway or partitioned deck.
Other things to note:
We can offer a single rollaway bed for an additional guest.
All laundry facilities are available should guests request it, for longer stays.
