Guest access
Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. You can park either on the driveway or on the street. Walk towards the side green wood door and you will see the touch key pad to self check in . Walking to the ground Room with private washroom . Can access to living room, dinning room and the kitchen , washer and dryer.
Other things to note
Shared terrace with BBQ with 2nd floor guests to relax and spacy backyard with flowers and fruits to view. Listening to the bird singing and taking the fresh air.
Most importantly - have fun but Please be sure you are booking for the correct number of guests in your party. Each guest beyond 6 is an additional $50/guest/night for the duration of your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Unregistered guests beyond 6 will be added to the booking for the entirety of the trip regardless of number of nights present.

Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the drain. No wipes, feminine products, towels, hair etc. These things WILL clog the system and will prevent you from using the shower, sinks and toilets.

QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays.
please treat the property and surrounding neighbor with respect. We have put a lot of love into this home and we want our future guests to enjoy it as much as you.

Zuerst einmal, innen war das Haus sehr sauber und mit allem Eingerichtet was man so braucht für einen Städetrip. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man ist in 5 min mit dem Auto beim Supermarkt, Restaurants und Einkaufsläden und Tankstelle. Bis Downtown sind es ca. 30- 45 min je nach Verkehr. Flughafen 15 min und Fähre 20 min. Lage wirklich Top. Was man aber wissen sollte und was falsch geschrieben steht ist das man ein ganzes Haus mietet. Wir sind durch einen Einzug in die 1te Etage nachts um 0.30 Uhr unsanft geweckt worden obwohl uns gesagt wurde das wir alleine sind, der Partei die eingezogen ist hatte man auch gesagt sie wären allein. Das geht leider garnicht. Und der Aussenbereich könnte etwas Liebe und Sauberkeit vertragen. Man teilt sich dann nämlich auch den Grill der nur auf der oberen Terrasse steht, heißt wenn der Nachbar schon grillt gibt es keinen anderen.Das Gym Center besteht aus 3 verstaubt und angeschimmelten Geräten, die schon lange nicht mehr in Betrieb waren. Hier sollte man ehrlicher sein. Der Aussenbereich hat viel Potenzial und wenn man in der Anzeige schreiben würde das man nur eine Etage mietet, dann weiß man auch worauf man sich einlässt und würde Verärgerungen vermeiden.
