• Two inviting living rooms with fireplaces and smart TVs

Guests have private access to the main home, including the patio, balcony, kitchen, and laundry area.
Please note:
• A short stairway from the main floor is securely blocked, separating the space from a private lower-level suite that is not accessible to guests. This basement suite is reserved for the homeowners and is entirely separate.
• Only the east side of the backyard (with the outdoor table and chairs) is for guest use.
• Although the living space is private, property owners may occasionally pass through the yard.

• The basement level is occupied by the hosts, and is not available for guest use.
• The west side of the yard is private.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood—please keep noise levels respectful.
