With a total of 2.5 ultra-modern, fully equipped bathrooms and three dedicated parking spaces, including a secure double garage, this home ensures complete convenience for all our guests.

Inside, a fully ducted air-conditioned environment awaits, with a spacious lounge equipped with a smart TV, Netflix and inviting couches, perfect for those cozy nights in. Supplying a range of board games and books, this ultimate getaway provides various entertainment options for both adults and children, promoting relaxation and quality time with loved ones. With high-speed Wi-Fi throughout, staying connected is not a problem.

Catering won't be an issue either, as this vibrant kitchen area is thoughtfully stocked with essentials like a coffee machine, a modern stove, an oven, a dishwasher, and even a pantry filled with items such as coffee, tea, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sauces. - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.

- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- The property has Cctv on Back and Front of the property, however these will be turned off whilst guests are at the property.

- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
