Culburra Retreat - Newly Renovated, Pet Friendly, 4 Min Walk to the Beach

Culburra Retreat has had a new lease of life. Our much-loved beach cottage has been rebuilt and restyled from the roof down. It's still the same relaxed, sandy-feet holiday house, just warmer, brighter and more beautiful than ever, and now with air conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer days. And it's only a short stroll to the famous (but usually deserted) Culburra Beach.

Everything here is about unwinding. Curl up with a novel on the couch, let your favourite music drift from room to room, or start the morning with a proper coffee from the espresso machine. Hungry? Fire up the barbie on the brand-new hardwood deck. Thirsty? The mojitos go down a treat as you sink into a deck chair on a blue-sky day. And yes, there's fast Wifi.

Out the back, the garage has been turned into a fun zone that kids (and plenty of grown-ups) love: ping pong, darts and an art space for little creatives. It's the perfect spot for rainy afternoons, or for settling who's doing the dishes.

Venturing from the Retreat, days are all about swimming, snorkelling, surfing and whale watching. Of course, it may simply be about lazing on the golden sands with a good book. Just a 4-minute walk away, the impressive 3km-long Culburra Beach is your second backyard and offers a great playground for your whole family or even your beloved pets (yes, we're dog friendly, as is the beach).

Culburra Retreat, in the sleepy town of Culburra on the NSW South Coast, is the place to unwind for anyone who needs a break to remember. And come back to time and again.


More about the house

Kitchen:
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including Gas Cooktops, Electrolux electric Oven/Grill Combo, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and not to forget the fantastic Espresso Coffee Machine.
A great 3-burner BBQ on the outdoor deck for you to enjoy those summer days and nights. Great for entertaining.

Bathroom:
1 Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedrooms:
1 main bedroom with a Queen Bed
2 other bedrooms both with Double Beds
All rooms have Light/Ceiling Fans

Air conditioning:
The house now has air conditioning for year-round comfort.

The Fun Zone (back garage):
Ping pong table, dartboard and a kids' art space with room to spread out and make a mess. Grab the fire pit for an evening under the stars, or string up the hammock for a lazy afternoon. The laundry lives here too, with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

All Sliding doors and Windows have fly screens to keep you bug free on those warm breezy days and nights.
