3 bedroom , 3 bathroom charming beachfront condo spacious enough for the whole family! This top floor unit provides the best views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed on the private balcony. This limitless 3 bedroom sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in one guest room, 2 twin beds in the other guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating with a dining room table right beside it where you can sit and enjoy the views of the water or the flat screen TV in the living room. This rental includes access to a gulf front pool and hot tub, exercise room, outdoor grills and easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk where you can enjoy free beach service, including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella from March-October.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.
