Jade East 1640 Beachfront With Pool and Pickleball

Discover a family paradise bathed in the sun at Jade East 1640. This beautiful home is perched above the dunes, overlooking the beach and pool. The beachfront pool features a heated spa, waterfall, and bathrooms. This home has everything you need to renew your senses, featuring a tennis court, pickleball, fitness center, and a private beach.

Jade East 1640 is conveniently located across from Big Kahuna’s water park. You can walk or take a short ride to award-winning restaurants, beachside bars, golf, family fun centers, and much more! Cook your steaks or seafood on the BBQ grills located alongside the beach. We highly recommend taking a sunset stroll along the beach to nearby restaurants.

Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico (sleeps 2).
Bedroom 2 - Two queen-size beds (sleeps 4).

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico throughout, and there are two rollaway cots (sleeps 2). The kitchen is stocked with cooking equipment. The hallway between the two north bedrooms has two separate bathrooms and a laundry space.

Check-in time is 4 PM (Central)
Check-out time is 10 AM (Central)
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spot from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Please note there is a ring doorbell camera in front of the entrance.

Access to the unit is easy as there is a reserved parking spot for unit 1640 near the elevators. Take the elevator up to the condo or down to the beach level, where you will find the fitness center, the pool, and the grilling area. Additional parking is available on the north side of the parking lot next to the tennis court. You must have a parking pass to park in the lot. The parking passes are located on the front table inside the condo. You may only have up to two vehicles parked on the premises at any time.

Spa Quality amenities include high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to get more if needed.

This property is in the gated community/resort of Jade East and is restricted by the HOA rules and regulations. The maximum number of nights that can be booked is 60. No pets or animals are allowed on the premises. Failure to follow the rules and regulations may result in fines and eviction.
Only guests over 25 may book this home. No party or college groups are allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Please note before booking this property:

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Please note - the pool is only heated during certain holidays/times of year. The hot tub, however, is heated at all time.
