The unit got updated living room furniture in 2024! We have definitely had some very happy and pleased renters with most coming back year after year! Everyone has been completely shocked at the units décor, technology, and supplies.

Three words that describe this condo are fun, fresh ,and CLEAN. This newly renovated four bedroom unit is located at Silver Beach Towers in Destin. The beachfront property is one of the best in the Destin area. You will have a hard time finding a better view of the beach, waves, and sand. The walk is quick and easy without a long board walk that makes transporting toys and children difficult. The freshly painted walls, granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, smart flat screen tvs in every room, luxurious linens, the amazing artwork, and the breathtaking beach view makes this property one of the best at Silver Beach Towers. We would love for your family to experience our luxurious home away from home. You will definitely feel at home from the moment you walk into Silver Beach Towers 1201 East!
We love Silver Beach Towers, especially the four bedrooms spacious floor plan. The two fast elevators make a huge difference! No LONG WAIT IS A PLUS! You have two parking options, on the main level or the parking garage with our specific parking space. A FOB allows access to the building, garage, pool, and beach. The resort is clean, quiet, family oriented with high security.

A breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, all the comforts are found in our beautiful home away from home. The large Gulf front balcony is great for sunrises and sunsets. The condo has two balconies, one which overlooks Destin’s beautiful white sand and the other with a view of Destin. All bedrooms have direct balcony access to one of the two balconies.

Beach access, view and the stocked kitchen gives it a 5 star for us! We stay for a week every Thanksgiving in Destin and this home has been the best so far. Beds are comfy and the home was decently clean. Communication with the host prior to check in wasn't what I'd hope for and you have to use an unprotected WiFi network (community network), which was surprising to find out when we got there. We would stay again.

Great Condo, in a great location. Condo is even better than the pictures and the views are spectacular. Beach and pool facilities are great with onsite bar and snacks. Pro tip - Do try to book beach chairs with costa verde as soon as you reserve the condo to get better locations in the beach. Fabulous location - we had a great family vacation!

Wonderful place

Absolutely couldn't be happier with the condo. Spacious, clean, great location, hot water, ac was great, and communication was excellent!We visit often and will definitely book again! Great vies of the gulf on the spacious patios as well as the hustle and bustle on the bay side. Stop light at the exit is a definite plus. We had a group of 9 and we were all very impressed with the space we had.

Absolutely loved the master suite view of gulf. The grandkids loved the balconies and they loved their rooms. Kitchen was great too. Lots of closet space throughout. We enjoyed grilling one night. There were two pools one heated the other not. Elevators worked great. In unit washer dryer was helpful with infant traveling with us. It is a beautiful condo and the beds were comfortable too. We willbook again if we return as family to Destin. There were 10 of is 5 grands 5 adults and we were comfy spacewise hostess was great even suggesting places to go for food and fun. The sunrises and sunsets were gorgeous from balcony.

My entire family absolutely loved staying at this property! Clean and Comfortable. Centrally located, which made walking or driving very easy. The view from the condo was breathtaking, and the beach was white sand and beautiful! Owner made everything very clear and was very helpful. Will definitely be back!

Great condo

The condo was very clean and beautiful just like it was a few years back when we stayed there. The weather not so good, rained everyday all day long but we still enjoyed our stay in the comfy condo. Plan on returning next year and Lauren is exceptional to work with!! Thanks again

My wife and I live in Greenville, Ms and have 3 grown children. We have always loved staying in a Destin condo directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and pool. We have been coming to Destin for 28 years. Silver Beach towers location, easy access, and clean grounds make for a relaxing vacation. The reason we personally chose this unit is the breathtaking views.

Why they chose this property

Silver Beach Towers has one of the best views in Destin. We rented in Silver Beach Towers a few times prior to purchasing our first unit in 2011. In fact, we love the quick walk to the beach and pool along with the amazing sunset so well that we recently purchased this beautiful four bedroom unit in the winter of 2015. The 12th floor view on the large balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Our two bedroom unit is VRBO # 607740 if interested in a smaller unit.
