Welcome to a unique 2,200 sq ft San Antonio getaway surrounded by mature Texas oak trees. The highlight is the elevated deck with a private heated swim spa overlooking the greenery — giving you a peaceful treetop setting just minutes from Six Flags Fiesta Texas, La Cantera and The RIM.

HEATED SWIM SPA & ELEVATED DECK
Step outside onto the oversized upper deck and enjoy one of the best features of the home: a private 14-ft swim spa overlooking the surrounding trees and greenery.

The swim spa combines the features of a small pool and hot tub. It is approximately 14 ft long and 4.5 ft deep and can be heated with jets, making it great for cooling off during the day or enjoying warm water in the evening.

The swim spa is not pre-heated before arrival. You’re welcome to heat it after check-in; please allow approximately 2–3 hours to reach your preferred temperature. Because it holds a large volume of water, it can also take time to cool naturally. If previous guests recently used it in hot-tub mode, the water may still be warm when you arrive.

The spacious elevated deck offers plenty of room to lounge, enjoy the views and spend time outdoors.

BACKYARD & OUTDOOR LIVING
The huge private backyard is surrounded by mature trees and offers multiple spaces for your group to enjoy.

Gather around the outdoor fire pit, grill on the BBQ or relax under the covered patio. Between the elevated deck, swim spa and backyard, there’s plenty of space to spread out.

GAME ROOM
There’s plenty of entertainment inside too:

LIVING & KITCHEN
The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and approximately 2,200 sq ft of comfortable living space.

The main living area has plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes and a drip coffee maker for preparing meals at home.

Smart TVs are available in the living room and primary bedroom.

Guests have private access to the entire home, huge backyard, elevated deck, heated swim spa, covered patio, BBQ area, fire pit and plenty of private parking.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
• This is a 100% non-smoking home.
• High chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request.
• Parties and unauthorized events are not permitted. Sound-monitoring devices are installed to help prevent excessive noise. Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum after 10 PM.
• Pets are welcome — up to 2 per stay. Please let me know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. A $70 flat pet cleaning fee applies.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee with advance approval.
