Upstairs features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, three with lake views. The master suite includes an en-suite and private balcony. A sunlit study/sunroom overlooking the pool provides a quiet retreat for work or relaxation. The entire home is fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort.

Enjoy a private in-ground pool and spa, stylish cabana, outdoor shower, and a sunny north-facing pool area. The large covered deck offers lounge and dining spaces, a Webber Q BBQ, and stunning sunset views. Lush lawns lead directly to the lakefront—perfect for relaxing, picnics, or fishing.
