The Dogwood is VERY private!
The Dogwood and Aspen are town-home style cottages that are actually two distinct buildings connected by a single roof. This assures that there is no noise transfer from one cottage to the other. The back decks and bedrooms are on opposite sides of the buildings to ensure you the most private vacation possible.

Great location - quick route to downtown & River Arts District. Cottage was the cleanest I've EVER rented! Owners were thoughtful in hospitality (complimentary snacks fantastic) and in design of cottage's space (perfect placement of hooks @ hot tub for robes/towels, reading lights @ bedside, etc). We didn't hear a peep from neighbors tho' we were part of same building. An awesome experience & we hope to be back someday!

After more than 25 years we, along with some of our grown kids and a great staff, still manage the day-to-day operations of our cottages. We only live a few moles from the cottages and work tirelessly every day to ensure you have the best stay you have ever experienced.
