Check out our video tour! Bring both friends & family and have room to spare at Village at Hawks Cay Sunset Village Villa 5004! This colorful townhouse emanates a calming and tropical atmosphere. Prepare with sunscreen for some rest and relaxation while you bask in the sun overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy use of the private splash pool with drink in-hand. With a fully-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room and living space, you'll never have to leave the Sunset Village Villa 5004 to enjoy the perfect Florida Keys vacation.




Please note that slip space is not included. Grassy Key Marina is located just 2.2 miles from Duck Key for launching your boat, trailer parking, wet slips, fishing pole rentals, and live or frozen bait. Additional costs apply.




Although our rental homes are located at Hawks Cay, the Village at Hawks Cay Villas & Duck Key Condos by KeysCaribbean are not affiliated with Hawks Cay Resort. Our guests do not have access to hotel-owned amenities. Duck Key amenities available to the public include several restaurants and bars, Calm Waters Spa and Fitness Center (available to spa patrons), Dolphin Connection, tennis, private cruises, fishing charters, and boat rentals. There are a variety of water sports equipment rentals and charters available at Solé Watersports which operates out of Hawks Cay Marina. Their activities include kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, sunset cruises, and day-trips to local sand bars.

Beautiful views from the upper and lower back porches. Especially enjoyed the screened in lower porch. Location was quiet, but close enough to area attractions.

For starters the dining room chairs were broken, the main floor restroom shower leaked into kitchen/living room, we had nothing to take care of the water but towels and the “host” did not supply laundry soap and only 1 garbage bag for 8people for 4 days! Not really pleased with the supplies department. We have vacationed in several places in the keys and as far as the way things were ran, I will not stay at another Key Carriban Vacation property again.

The place is a great location. Nice inside though dated. Floors needed mopping — if you wore socks they became dirty quickly. Shower curtain mildewed & in need of washing. Three bathrooms was perfect!

Fantastic spot! Had an issue that the refrigerator seemed to not be getting cold, called the number and they dispatched someone right away to look at. The guy showed up 5 minutes after I hung up. We had an excellent vacation!

Beautiful endless summer vibes!

Everything was super easy and manageable. Private pool was the best! Snacks and treats were there to greet us along with towel sculptures in the bedrooms. Surrounding area was clean and well maintained. Hawks Cay staff across the street was very nice and knowledgeable. The beautiful clear water and blue skies made for amazing coffee mornings in the screened lanai. Definitely a do again!

Excellent!

We had three couples in our party and had a wonderful stay at this condo. Plenty of room for everyone. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of areas to hang out. Beautiful property for walking.

Just as described...BEAUTIFUL

What a great place! We especially loved the pool and the porch. Great location on the Keys, just over an hour to Key West, less than an hour to Key Largo and minutes from Marathon. The home was very decorated with lovely items, every time you turn a corner, there's something else to look at!
