Beautiful Beaumont Home!

Very well stocked home! Had every kitchen tool you could hope to need, had lots of open concept space that was a joy to be in and even had an assortment of board games for us to use! Great place!

Great home base

We needed a place to stay while we settled my late Aunt’s estate in Yucaipa. It was a great one level house for my elderly mother and MUCH better than hotel rooms. Plenty of space to spread out, a beautiful kitchen and really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the back patio every morning.

Great home base in Beaumont

This house was a great place to stay while visiting family in Beaumont. The bedrooms are large, as is the kitchen, and the open floor plan made it easy to socialize as a family. We didn't have to spend much time in the yard or by the pool because it was cold when we visited, but the views of the distant mountains were nice. A comfortable, easy place to stay, and we'd be happy to visit again.

Exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was super well stocked. We loved the outdoor seating area and falling asleep to the sound of the pool was very soothing. We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated how the host let us check in early.Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place, few minor issues

Everything went smooth. The house was awesome with a few issues. As stated before by someone else the dishwasher does not work so we washed all of our dishes. The dryer was super clogged with lint so we had to clean that out. TV channels were very limited. We wanted to watch the World Series but we only could watch it on YouTube. We wanted to sit outside by the fire pit but we tried to get it to work. Propane was left on and we smelled the propane leaking because it was not being used. So we turned that off and didn’t use it during our stay. Besides these issues the house was great.

Not the greatest communication

It was nice, but had some issues. A few snafus with appliances. The biggest one i guess that affected the quality of the stay, being the use of the community pool! This was one of the things we wanted to enjoy the most on our short stay. We weren't given the pass to the facility until the day before we left. The website says you just need your I.D. not accurate. You need a lanyard. It says the owner gives you 24/7 access to them while you are there. They did respond to us, but it was day late dollar short. Not in time to have it effect why we were reaching out! I gave her the chance to make it right before posting this, but she said she apologized and didn't know what else i was looking for? I'm not going to say it was all bad. The house is very nice. She was a nice lady. I think if we could have used the facility sooner, we could have left with a better feel over all. We took care of some electrical issues they had.. some serious, that were seemingly unappreciated. * dishwasher and disposal hooked up to a power strip while the breaker was tripped. When we ran the dishwasher, the disposal started (no water on) and would have ran the whole time had we not been inside. The tiny pool outside was shared with lots of pigeons!

The breaker was also investigated and no issues were found.- We regret the misunderstanding about the community pool access. Due to recent changes, guests no longer have access to these amenities, and we've updated our listing to reflect this.- We understand your concern about the pigeons near the pool. While the birds do perch on the waterfall occasionally, they don't enter the pool itself. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.We work hard to provide an outstanding guest experience, and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.

Beautiful, cozy home is right!

We came from Michigan to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday with our family in Beaumont and enjoyed our stay very much! This home is beautiful, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Our host Teresa was very thoughtful and gracious, even leaving a bowl of fresh washed fruit. We also enjoyed the community pool and jacuzzi which was very nice. We recommend this home 100%!

New, Beautiful, Clean Home

My family and I stayed at this home for a wedding at Serendipity Gardens. The house looks brand new and it was so clean, even had stickers on the door that indicated each room was clean and disinfected. Everything we needed was already provided at the house and Teresa even had some cold water bottles in the fridge for us as well as pre-washed fruit, which I thought was really above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again if visiting the area and I look forward to the pool!

Perfect

It was my daughter's wedding weekend. The house was perfect and spacious. Everyone had privacy,but also felt comfortable and not cramped with the open floor plan. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect mini vacation

Everything about my mini vacation was awesome. The house was soo clean and welcoming. She even left treats for the kids. Communicating with her was soo pleasurable and easy. I will book this cozy house again in an heart beat!
