The Space:
The house is set over two levels. On the ground floor, you have the kitchen, dining room and living room opening out onto the deck with spa pool and BBQ. You also have a toilet and the garage which contains the laundry area also.

Upstairs are the bedrooms which are set out as follows:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
Bedroom Two: Queen Bed
Bedroom Three: 2 x King Single Beds + 1 x Single Trundler Bed
Main Bathroom with toilet, shower and bath

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including three bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom. Note, the owner does keep one bedroom locked for when they stay at the house. Enjoy the kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Relax in the living area with a TV, and make use of the indoor fireplace. Outside, you'll have access to the garden or backyard, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill. Plus, there's free parking on the premises and on the street.

The Neighborhood:
The house is in the exclusive suburb of Kawaha Point. The area is set on a peninsula on Lake Rotorua and is just five minutes drive from many of Rotorua's most popular attractions.

Getting Around:
Getting around is easy, whether you prefer your own car or public transport. There is free parking available on site. Our location offers convenient access to Rotorua Airport (ROT), roughly a 10-minute drive. For detailed information on bus services and timetables in Rotorua, please consult the local tourist information.

Other Things to Note:
Please note, all bedrooms are upstairs so this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
