Holiday cottage for 11 people. Located on a protected site, this charming, renovated farmhouse offers 170 m² of detached living space. Set in a peaceful, green environment, it features a 4500 m² garden and sea views (Poulmic cove). The beach is 300 m away. Garden furniture is provided.

Quality furnishings, exposed beams, all modern comforts (2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, cot, high chair, electric and wood heating).
Ground floor: living room/kitchen (35m²) with wood-burning stove. Bedroom with a double bed (140cm), living room (58m²) with bread oven, wood-burning stove, and ping-pong table.
Attic: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and 1 bedroom (35m²) with 5 single beds (90cm).

Wonderful place to relax

The house is gorgeous and there is a lot of space to play. We enjoyed the surrounding and the nice beaches.

BRETAGNE SITE SEEING

The house and surrounding garden has satisfied our expection completely. For us it was a great basis for disovering the peninsula of Crozon.

Jolie maison mais beaucoup de manquements

L'heure d'arrivée est imposée ce qui n'etait pas clairement indiqué dans l'annonce. Par conséquent, arriver à 16h quand vous venez de paris c'est très compliqué De plus, nous avons eu la facheuse surprise d'arriver dans une maison sans internet ni reseaux.. 2 des personnes de la famille etaient en télé travail ce qui fut tres handicapant. Le proprietaire nous a dit sechement par sms de nous debrouiller avec Orange: je trouve cela scandaleux. Proprietaire peu acceuillant La douche de l'etage fuit dans les toilettes du bas Les tringles à rideaux vous restent dans les mains L'amenagement de la maison est desueuet et aurait besoin considerablement d'etre renouvelé Heureusement, les personnes qui sont chargées de vous accueillir sont très sympathiques

Une maison pleine de caractère et très bien située

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à Argol. La maison est merveilleusement située, très au calme avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Elle est un point de départ idéal pour visiter la baie de Crozet, mais également toute la région de Brest à Quimper en passant par la Pointe du Raz, Douarnenez, le Conquet, etc… La maison est bien équipée et confortable. Le contact avec les hôtes est parfait.

Lieu très joli, maison dans un écrin de verdure, jardin magnifique et vue sur la rade de brest époustouflante. La maison est restaurée avec goût. Nous avons bien profité de la table de ping-pong ! Seul bémol : l électricité en plus de prix de la location, la maison étant très froide et humide on aimerait pouvoir utiliser les radiateurs, mais ce sont des radiateurs anciens à bain d huile, très énergivores! À éviter les mois d'automne et d'hiver sous peine d'une note d électricité salée.

Une semaine reposante

Il a fait plutôt doux, nous n'avons pas utilisé le chauffage électrique mais seulement les deux inserts. Maison très spacieuse, au calme. Nous n'avons pas été importunés par les deux dalmatiens de la maison d'à côté. Mme et M. Lastennet nous ont très bien accueillis, un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse.

De woning ligt op een prachtig plekje met optimale privacy Je kunt in de omgeving heerlijk wandelen , Voor te fietsen is het nogal heuvelachtig dus je moet goed zoeken waar het niet te zwaar is. Het huis is groot, de bovenverdieping met de 2 badkamers zijn wel erg gedateerd Verder een heerlijke plek om te verblijven

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem liebevoll angelegten riesigen Garten. Das Haus hat viel Atmosphäre, ist sehr groß und lässt viel Platz für Geselligkeit und Rückzug. Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben bei bestem Wetter den Urlaub genossen.

Excellentes vacances

Emplacement idéal pour des vacances en pleine nature, et au calme. A proximité, balade à pied ou à vélo, puis baignade. La maison est spacieuse et se prête bien à un regroupement familial. Bémol, les coussins de la partie salon ont fait leur temps, et un peu juste sur la partie couverts pour 10 personnes.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette grande maison très accueillante (grande pièce à vivre avec superbe poêle à bois, table de ping-pong très appréciée, chambres confortables). Très beau jardin. La situation de la maison est parfaite : au calme, la mer à pied / un départ à pied pour les balades / des environs très agréables à visiter accessibles après qq kilomètres en voiture. Et un accueil très charmant par le couple gérant ; ainsi que qu'une très bonne communication en amont avec le propriétaire.

Un enchantement!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille nombreuse dans cette magnifique maison très bien équipée et chaleureusement décorée avec goût. Le calme environnant, la beauté du jardin, la proximité de la mer ont largement participé à la déconnexion et à la réussite de ce séjour. Il nous a été difficile de partir tant nous avons apprécié ce cadre idyllique! Le propriétaire est charmant, disponible et aux petits soins. Rien à redire, un petit coin de paradis!

Märchenhaft schön!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen (4 Erwachsene + fünf Kinder zw. 8 und 14 Jahren) und einem Hund. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit erlebt! Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, das Gelände ist großzügig und weiträumig. Obwohl es nicht eingezäunt ist, haben wir die ganze Zeit unseren Hund freilaufen lassen können. Die Hunde der Nachbarschaft (etwas abseits gelegen) waren überhaupt kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind für unsere Zwecke bestens eingerichtet gewesen, das Meer nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Geheimtipp: Plage de l'aber - ein natürlicher Strand ohne touristische Attraktionen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!!!
