It is located up a grand staircase with the Eiffel Tower Suite located on your left with a Walk in robe, a flatscreen TV - Paramount, and your own bar fridge, where on arrival you will find water, milk, and wine ready to go! There is a shared kitchen downstairs with plenty of room plus an additional bathroom.

All suites are private and individually keyed. Ducted air-con permanently set to 23 degrees with blankets and fans available in the room. We do 1-night stays during the week and 2-nights over the weekend, 4-nights minimum over Easter and Christmas.

All linen is provided with 1 towel per person, water, coffee, tea, milk and a complimentary wine ready to go.

We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

No guests allowed or children.

Owner lives in own private area, does not interact with guests.
