• Check-Out: By 10:00 AM sharp during peak periods

• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere on the property – indoors or outdoors
• No parties or events – this is a peaceful family getaway, not a party house
• Please keep noise to a respectful level at all times so everyone (including the neighbours) can relax and enjoy
Strictly not allowed:
• Fireworks, firearms, or explosives
• Motorbike riding on the property
• Driving or parking on lawns or gardens
Note - If these rules aren’t followed, we may need to ask you to leave early without a refund, and your security bond will be forfeited.
Extra cleaning charges may also apply if the place isn’t left clean and tidy.
