Note 1 parking pass if provided for the Harbor Breeze parking lot located at the corner of 5th street and St. Louis Avenue. Additional street parking is available. Nearby laundry facilities if needed are located on 8th street or in West Ocean City. Rental of this condo at Harbor Breeze includes access to a private outdoor pool (in season) for Harbor Breeze and Parrot Bay guests located across the street. Includes 2 outdoor chairs for guest use on front walkway. Property rents mini weeks or full weeks with a Sunday or Thursday check in/out day.
Guest provides sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets/pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
