Just a half block to the beach, this condo is in a great area close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Perfect for a small family or couple, this unit is priced right! The condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs, VCR, DVD, central A/C, and parking for 2 cars. The unit is non-smoking, no pets please. Occupancy: 6. Will do mini weeks all summer. Owner rents to families only. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

The condo is exactly as pictured and in a great location. It’s a quick walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot, additional info needed

Stayed for Oceans Calling Festival with a friend. Condo was clean, on the second floor, and provided two comfortable beds that was well within budget. Felt safe and had no issues with neighbors or noise. Little disappointing having to bring own linens and towels, knowing a regular hotel would provide those but you get what you pay for I suppose. The stove top was a bit sketchy, tried to make bacon on lowest setting and the whole place filled with smoke; the overhead fan was noisy and did nothing. Upon check in, a note is left to not set HVAC lower than 72-70. At the end of September we managed. However I think this info would be nice to have before hand as there is no fan in the back bedroom. The note stated below 70s the unit freezes, as someone who dates an HVAC tech, the owners need to call someone to clean the coils and have it serviced. Or at least provide this in the listing so buyers are aware prior to as I could see in July or August it getting hot in there. Or at least if it was in the listing they can bring fans. Overall it stay here again but I could see some others being a bit more picky about it and this info not being offered at the time of buying.

Pictures are exactly how property looks. Great location with easy access to the beach. The mattresses are extremely uncomfortable, other than that the property was fantastic for our family of 5!

Rental process was very smooth and agents were helpful condo was clean and neighbors were helpful and friendly. The TV could be bigger in bedroom but close to everything worth money

Great location, not good if smoke odors bother you.

Walked into the condo and was hit with overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The rental agency provided an air ionizer which did not work at all. The smoke is in the carpet and furniture, it was intolerable. TV in the bedroom did not work. Rental agency did not seem to care about these issues and did nothing.

Nice location

Nice location, quick easy walk to beach. Plenty of parking and great location to walk to places. You can also see the ocean from the porch. Place was nice, perfect for a small family but the couch with pullout bed needs to be updated, it’s old and dirty. And the cleaners need to do a better job cleaning. Overall I would stay here again.

Adorable condo - very clean and well kept. Super close to the beach, and the area we were in wasn't too crowded even during peak hours. Close to a lot of restaurants (def recommend Dry 85 and On The Bay). The beds were comfortable, though the bedroom didn't get as cool as the rest of the rooms. Lots of steps to get to the condo, which I don't think was spelled out in the description, so this is NOT accessible for those w/ bad knees or in a wheelchair. Wifi was good and I had no issues with working from there for two days. Overall, very happy with our stay, check in and out was easy and we will def think about staying here again!
