Everything was perfect. House was as described in a little secluded area but very convenient to everything we wanted to do! A short 15 min drive in every direction! We are already planning our next trip and if this house is available we will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hosts!!

This is a very nice property to rent! It is in a great location with many things in proximity to it! The hosts are extremely easy to work with and very hospitable! Plenty of room sleeping wise! The kids loved being able to sleep on the pull out couch under the TV in the living room! Everyone had a great time! Will definitely look for this house to be available the next time we are in Charleston! A

We booked this last minute after we couldn't get into another property. The house itself is nice and beds are comfy. The dirt road to get to it was a little crazy, even though it is right behind route 17 in the main part of Mt. Pleasant.The main issue is that the hot water water has a terrible sulfer smell. My son showered once and the whole home and he smelled terrible. After that, we showered at my parents home near by. We tried contacting the evolve company, but it was a little run around to do so. I assume this issue was due to the thanksgiving holiday. If they fix the hot water smell, this place would be fine for a short stay.

Spacious and clean

We enjoyed our stay. All the rooms were large and open and there was plenty of comfortable seating and places to sleep so we didn’t feel crowded at all. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The only downside is that while it is secluded from the main highway, the back of the house is near a tire shop so there was some noise during the day but not continuous and not overly bothersome.

Quiet home great for groups!

We were a group of 6 in town for a wedding in Mt Pleasant. The house was perfect for our group and heave everything we needed in order to make the trip a success! The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of seating for all of us to hang out in the living room playing games and watching tv when we weren't doing wedding activities. The surrounding area was very quiet and secluded, which we really appreciated when trying to catch up on rest! It was a quick 10 mins from the venue and from the beach, which we fully took advantage of. Highly recommend staying in this home!

Dirt Road Escape

Property is on a dirt road which isn’t a bad thing but it is hard for Ubers to find. There was only one roll of paper towels in the property which was hard for clean up and meals. Other than that we felt safe and it is very close to a bunch of food and the beach!

Weekend Trip

Our family of 8 stayed for the weekend for my son's baseball tournament. We were close to Shipyard Park, grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, etc. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. The listing and actual home/amenities matched and we were very happy. There was no toaster (obviously not a big deal at all, but we just couldn't toast the bagels we had). The only confusion we had was online at the VRBO listing the check in/check out times were 4pm/10am and the "welcome" book at the house listed 3pm/11am. We didn't reach out to the property manager about it, but I'm sure they would have confirmed the correct times if we asked.

Severe misrepresentations

Unsafe noisy neighborhood directly behind a tire repair shop.sink leaked , pipe wasn’t even connected counter and sinks were dirty broken window. All windows were painted shut. Death trap in the event of a fire. Complaints to property management completely ignored. No response
