Pet friendly makes the worlds difference when searching for stays, this property had a great outdoor area for the dogs and even had a water dish and doggy bags! The full kitchen is a game changer, there’s also a blender for smoothies to eat healthy while traveling. The entire unit seemed very spacious and functional. Did I mention there’s also a bathtub?! And the bathroom is fully stocked with all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Great space heater and fan for the damp costal conditions. We stayed at another place in town for a similar price and this place by far tops our previous experience! The host is very responsive and communicative!

Quick Ocean Trip

We booked this location for several reasons. 3 of us traveling, we each have pets and they were very accommodating. Because of it's location, beach access was easy as well as food and supplies. We will definitely book with them again.

Clean, quiet and conveient location

We took a last minute trip for my daughter's birthday. We've ve visited Rockaway before but never stayed here. Its a great little beach town. You can walk pretty much anywhere. Check in was easy, it was clean and quiet. Two beads and a futon, with a full kitchen was great! Doller general was right around the corner so. It made it easy to grab a few things the kids forgot to pack. And a good family resturaunt just north on Pacific coast hwy.

Handles on cabinets we're broken or missing. Windows had supplied woodblocks to prop open. Took almost a whole 24 hours to get. Internet working communicate communication was quick. But hollow, they finally sent somebody to fix the internet the next day in the afternoon. Turned out, it was unplugged in the office. Although they did try to trouble shoot it over the phone I do give them that but that took quite a bit of my time.

The room I booked said there was a washer and dryer. Our unit did not have one. There were too many pre-existing small damages, that it was too hard to document in case they decided to blame us. The towels were crusty and didn’t accommodate 5 people for a 4 night stay, with no access to a washer/dryer. Overall I’d give it a 6/10.

It was good that there were kitchen facilities. It was a bit rough around the edges inside not well maintained. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Cord was too short to use comfortably in front of the mirror. Floors were tired looking and Sandy.

The unit we rented was in terrible condition. I wasnt expecting fancy, but this failed to meet even basic expectations. The unit was in obvious need of repairs and basic upkeep. The room was dirty and there were literally holes in the walls, missing chunks, and a block of wood shoved against the wall to cover up a plumbing pipe/hole in the bathroom. We only stayed in the room for 15 minutes while we booked another room elsewhere. My spouse and I were completely grossed out and had no desire to stay. We ended up paying for another room at a different place just so we could go somewhere where we werent grossed out to even lay down. After we saw a bunch of hair, coupled with the grungy condition of the unit, I didnt even want to take my shoes off.We booked another room elsewhere that was actually clean. So worth paying twice to avoid staying/sleeping there. I was truly shocked by the condition of the inside of that unit.
