Perfect Getaway

This is a well maintained property. It made our visit to the peninsula perfect. We went with another couple and it was perfect for the four of us. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything that we needed.

Great little place to stay with up to a small family (2 total bedrooms). Really clean, had everything we needed, and super easy check-in and check-out! Host was awesome and accomodated our extra needs! Of note, it is next to the main road, but we didn't hear any traffic. The beach access is 10-15 minute walk through a nice neighborhood.You should stay here!

Fantastic honeymoon getaway!

This is a fantastic, cozy home with plenty of amenities and about 3 blocks from an out-of-the-way beach access trail that very few people use.

We loved this house. We booked for eight days & everything was wonderful. The communication from Evolve leading up to the trip was great & we had our itinerary & door code two days before the trip.The house is pretty well located on the peninsula, less than five minutes from Sid's Supermarket, 20 minutes from Dollar General, & 3 minutes to Serious Pizza.The house was clean & there were fresh linens on the bed & fresh towels in both bathrooms. The main bedroom had a comfortable king sized bed, an en suite with walk-in shower & two sinks, a dresser, & a walk-in closet which was great for hanging up clothes.The furniture was comfortable & the kitchen was stocked with a good number of pots, pans, and utensils. The refrigerator was spacious & the freezer kept things cold. The microwave was a touch tricky to figure out, since it's set into the island, but once we figured it out, it was super easy to use.The washer & especially the dryer came in very handy on the trip, since we visited the shore almost every single day & it can be hard to stay dry when doing so. There were also plenty of extra towels including a couple of beach towels if you plan on getting your toes in the sand.One thing to be aware of: the shower heads in both showers are around seven feet off of the floor, so while they work well (and the water heater does an amazing job), they're going to be hard to adjust.We will definitely look into staying here again the next time we visit the peninsula!

Very cozy modern cottage. Love the decor. The location is convenient to Astoria, Seaside and of course Long Beach! Felt roomy a great back yard for hanging out in the back yard space. We enjoyed our stay and will wish to come back again.Thank you ,The Wilson’s

Family Beach Trip

We loved our stay! The house was perfect and the guest contact responded timely with our inquiries about possible early check in and a few questions we had during out stay (this was first VRBO rental). House is very close to beach access which was a huge plus for us. Minutes from Long Beach.We will definitely be renting again in the future!

Cute house!

The house itself is newly remodeled and super clean. It’s easy to find and has ample parking. The proximity to the beach or any kind of view of the ocean is about a 15-20 minute walk.

Nice place. Not so good amenities!

Place was very nice and clean. Great location and easy to find. Now the not so great.. Tv and WiFi were not working . This would have been fine for a day or two, but was down entire trip. Called host and was basically told to fix ourselves because they had no idea how to fix it. Also keypad would not work upon arrival. Finally got code for a lockbox to gain entry.

No A/C, didn't pay attention whether it had A/C or not. Working the TV's was a little problem, especially with the sound on the TV in living area. Overall very wonder place to stay. We were pleased.
