The backyard is the perfect setting for fun and relaxation. Whether you are doing laps in your private heated pool or soaking your worries away in the spacious hot tub, we have you covered. Get you competitive juices fired up with a pickleball tournament on your private court or play some one-on-one on your basketball court. In the evenings, bring the family out to the large wood-burning fire pit to roast s'mores, or have a glass of wine with friends by the gas fire table. The interior of the property is spacious, elegant, and luxurious with an open concept and natural light streaming through the home. The East side of the home has a mudroom equipped with cubbies and double washers and dryers. An outdoor and indoor shower to rinse off the sand and the kid's rec room. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms and a spiral staircase up to a bonus loft space for your kids to "camp."
