We loved. We come every year to bring our granddaughters skiing. The house is very clean and spacious. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The only thing is we wished there were more towels in each bathroom. The beds are hard and may need better mattress toppers.

Cozy and perfect size

I stayed here with a couple of buddies for a guys getaway. We had plenty of room and it was the perfect distance to Mainstreet. View of the lake was great to see in the mornings. Comfortable beds and the host was very good at communicating. Will stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Big Fam Cab in Grand Lake; the home was spacious, lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for our whole family. Everyone agreed all the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect for morning walks and the location was ideal; close to downtown Grand Lake and the Marina.

great stay!

Two families of four stayed and the house was perfect. Enough beds/bedrooms/bathrooms/couches to spread out. We didn't feel cramped in common areas. Easy access to downtown and to highway. Highly recommend!

Winter Wonderland

We visited in February and it was perfect for a snowy getaway. Driveway was plowed every day it snowed, so we had no issues getting to town. House was very cozy with two fireplaces and all the blankets you could ask for.

Perfect perfect perfect

We stayed here with our three kids 4 and under, and truly nothing could have been better. The location is awesome— so close to Grand Lake and Granby Ranch— with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house had lots of toys and books for our kids, and even some amenities for our dog. The owner was great to work with and we truly felt at home. We’re already talking about when we can come back next!

The Perfect Mountain Cabin

Think cozy fireplaces in the peace and quiet of the mountains. You can watch the sunrise over the lake or drive 5min to downtown. Each of the rooms were put together perfectly and everything is well stocked. It’s the perfect getaway from busy life and we'll definitely be coming back.

It was a delightful cabin with tons of room for everyone! Warm and cozy and great views of the snow covered wooded scenery. The cabin had all the comforts from home and furnished kitchen to cook our meals. If we had our cross country skis we could have skied from the front door out onto the trails.

Cozy and Family Friendly!

This cozy cabin was amazing and the perfect place to stay at with our kids. It is close to town and the lake, while still being tucked away on a peaceful street. The house itself is very open, has plenty of beds (and a pack'n'play), and feels like you are staying with family or friends instead of a rental. It is literally 2 minutes from a marina where we rented a pontoon. Overall - great place to stay! We are planning to book there again in the future. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful getaway

The house was very clean and warming. Extremely close to the city center(very cute little town) and the lake. 10min from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. My family and I could not be happier with the choice, definitely planning on doing again in the future. The host was super friendly and reached out to make sure we were comfortable and set for our vacation, thank you for everything.

AMAZING!!

The home was in a wonderful location, a quiet and friendly area only minutes from Grand Lake and all the area has to offer. Access to Granby Lake is also minutes away. We had a wonderful day on the lake!The home is perfectly suited for 2+ couples with a downstairs bed, bath and family room in addition to the open main floor creating privacy. The deck is delightful and a wonder space for morning coffee or and evening cocktail. The home was incredibly clean and stocked with necessities perfectly. FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

More than we expected!

This cabin is just amazing! Everything is so comfortable and there’s enough space to accommodate all of us! We had everything we needed to make our stay amazing! From the comfortable beds to the spacious layout, to the fabulous mountain views, we can’t say enough! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to host a dinner and a comfortable place to play a fun game of cards! We know we’ll be back!

Great House for Family

We really enjoyed the house and Grand Lake. The house worked perfectly for our family, which included 6 adults and 3 children ages infant to 15. The house was outfitted with about everything you would need in the kitchen and other rooms. We would stay here again (and might!). My only suggestions would be to add more to the description of what the house is furnished with, as we brought things not needed (maybe I didn’t read the listing close enough?) and then to add a grill of some type.

Great Grand Lake Getaway

This house was perfect for our needs, which was escaping the heat for a while and enjoying some fresh mountain air as a family. The lower level served as a perfect office space when one of our group had to work for a full day of video conferences. The upper level included an incredibly comfortable and large sectional sofa that served as a gathering space and movie watching. We did some great hikes in the area and made the pretty short trek to the Alpine Visitor Center on Trail Ridge road in RMNP. In Grand Lake, we enjoyed eating at One Love. We have often stayed in Winter Park, so going this extra distance was new for us. We especially appreciated the flexibility of accommodating our furry family members. We were not certain they would be coming, but the option in the end for them to join us was a huge relief. Thank you for the hospitality and the use of the cabin!
