The Space:
A luxurious and spacious 2 story residence located in a desirable location in a gated community. It often features high-end amenities and offers a comfortable and lavish stay experience. The property consists of 3 bedrooms with AC's, 3 bathrooms, guest toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, a living area, laundry room, a private outdoor area such as a beautiful garden, swimming pool, and terrace, allowing the guests to enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation. The architecture and interior design of the villa is very elegant and stylish, incorporating modern or traditional elements.


The ground floor of the house includes common areas such as a living room, dining room, kitchen, a guest toilet and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Additionally, there is a carport for parking vehicles.

Moving to the upper floor with a staircase connecting the two levels, you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. This level provides privacy and separation from the common areas below, creating a more intimate space for rest and relaxation.


The garden is adorned with a variety of vibrant and well-maintained plants, flowers, and trees. The lush garden creates a refreshing atmosphere together with a spacious patio with comfortable seating, outdoor dining area and a cozy swimming pool area.
