All three bed rooms and living/dining room , bathroom are on the same floor of about 1300 square feet. Private garage is attached with private drive-way for 2 cars.
The house is beautifully landscaped and has a private backyard, patio with table for 6 chairs.
Convenient location:
-Bus at front door and straight to Subway.
-10 minutes drive to Pearson airport, 10 minutes to Downtown Toronto.
-Shopping malls and highways around.
This is suitable for Family vacation or professional residence to live and work in greater Toronto area.
Note:
Basement unit with separate entrance is exclusive for owner use.

This is quiet , upscale neighbourhood in Toronto west. Most residents here are professionals or business people. It's safe to walk around in the evening. Near all amenities. Walking distance to restaurants , shopping and Bank.
