Pleasant to live in and welcoming, it offers all the necessary comfort for a memorable stay, accommodating up to 6 people including 1 baby (8 on request).<br>Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this south-facing house ensures calm and privacy, with a nice view from the pool where you can admire the sunset behind the surrounding forests and fields. The vast garden of 4000 square meters, maintained, enclosed, flowered and wooded, will delight young and old. Also enjoy the private swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters, heated from the beginning of May to the end of September, ideal for moments of relaxation with family or friends.<br>The pool is secured by a bar cover, easy to open and close. <br>Children can enjoy the swings in the garden. <br>You also have at your disposal a table tennis table and various outdoor games. <br><br>Large terrace surrounding the house with garden furniture, table and chairs to enjoy good food in the shade of the majestic lime tree. <br><br>Accessible on foot, explore the forest paths for nature walks or bike rides.
