This place is perfect! The house is modern, clean and cozy! The host is super kind and responsive. We’d definitely love to visit again! The propane fireplace and hot tub were very relaxing. Town was only a short few miles away. Everything was very close and convenient! Thank you for having us!

Had a lovely stay in this homey and comfortable home -- everything you need is provided! While located pretty close to downtown Jim Thorpe, it's also only about 20 mins from Hickory Run S.P. so was a great base to use while doing some hiking. Soaking in the hot tub after a long hike was fabulous, and the mattress in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable I've slept on in ages!! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful - lots of deer sightings! Would certainly stay again next time I am in the area. Thanks Cathy and Neil!!

This home was so perfect! I enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch with the fire table, watching the deer, and then sitting in the hot tub while the stars shined. The lake is beautiful and a wonderful place to watch the sunset. It was an amazing vacation and Cathy and Neil were so kind.

This was exactly what we were looking for for a quiet family getaway. The lake was easily accessible, clean and never crowded. The pool was also very nice with several lifeguards on duty the whole time. The home and the entire experience has been very kid friendly - kids' plates and plasticware just their size, a train table in one bedroom, and there was a highchair available if needed. The home was well-kept and comfortable. We packed food for the week and cooked almost all our meals at the house, packing a cooler for lake days, so can't really speak to takeout or restaurant options. But Scoops was great for a sweet ice cream treat. The host was quite responsive when we had questions. Can't wait to come back and explore the area more in other seasons.

Relaxing getaway

This property was in the perfect location to be tucked away but close enough to downtown Jim Thorpe -- less than 10 minutes drive. It was wondering for relaxing in the evening and had everything we could need for our long weekend in the mountains. Although we did not use any of the community amenities, it is a nice option to have if more time allowed.

Lovely weekend getaway

Great location, comfortable home. The hosts were very accommodating and kind. Primary bedroom bed was very comfortable and the living room fireplace was very cozy. It’s an easy drive to Jim Thorpe and Hickory Run, just watch out for the dear when you’re driving - they’re everywhere! It was so sweet to see them while we were having our morning coffee.

Peaceful charming getaway!

The property and it's location were great! Lovely cabin...cute and comfortable. Close to Jim Thorpe which is a wonderful little historic town. Beautiful views in the Fall. Lots of deer sitings. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was really clean and comfortable. We loved the open kitchen and living room, especially the reading nook. We also really enjoyed having coffee on the deck, and watching the deer and wildlife. This location was really pleasant and peaceful, we would totally recommend it and hope to visit again sometime.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect cabin for a weekend away with my family. The lake and pool access were amazing as it was almost 100° this weekend. The house was comfortable and welcoming with all the starters and more that we could need. Despite the heat, the deck was an amazing place to sit shaded by the surrounding trees. The house was very clean & offered everything for a perfect stay. We will definitely consider this cabin again when we come back to the area. It was a 10 out of 10 stay for us.

Cabin Stay

The cabin was lovely. Unfortunately, it rained the whole time we were there so outdoor activities weren't much of an option, but my young kids had a great time playing in "their new house" and getting to watch a ridiculous amount of movies. Definitely would come back!
