Featuring a fully equipped duplex and a separate studio, each space conveys comfort and style while sharing a spacious courtyard. Cook up a feast in one of the three kitchens, or enjoy private fireside evenings in the main living room. Each unit comes with parking and a laundry.
Nestled on a quiet, leafy street between Prahran and Armadale, this expertly renovated dual-level home and studio exudes modern comfort and charm. The main house unfolds across two floors, with each level offering its own entrance for added privacy. Step inside to be welcomed by sun-drenched, contemporary living spaces featuring a gas fireplace downstairs for warm, cosy nights, and a dedicated workspace upstairs offering the perfect nook for remote work. All three units offer a well-appointed kitchen and dining area, allowing you to stock up on fresh gourmet produce at the renowned Prahran Market.
The residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. One elegant king bedroom and a twin bedroom can be found in the first unit, while another group can make use of two bedrooms in the second unit, one with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds. The spacious studio boasts a king-sized bed enclosed behind the chic lounge area. Getting ready is a breeze for everyone—bathrooms one and two allow for a relaxing soak in the bathtub, while the studio offers a refreshing shower to start your day on a high note.
Step outside to the grassy courtyard, a common space for everyone to revel in the sunshine for a picnic. You will find laundry facilities in the main garage and the studio, as well as parking spaces dedicated to three cars; one unencumbered driveway car space as well as two garage spaces suitable for for small to medium vehicles.
The Braemar system is in use for heating, it does not have a cooling function. The studio offers split system air-conditioning and pedestal fans are in place for the other units.
