The large outdoor area comprises a fenced, lawned backyard, ideal for families and groups. The main bedroom upstairs is equipped with a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV with Apple TV, a tallboy, and direct access to a large balcony and the bathroom.

The bathroom includes a toilet and shower and offers access from both the main bedroom and living room. The living and dining rooms comfortably accommodate six to ten guests, with a three-seater sofa one single armchair, a TV with Apple TV, and views extending to the ocean.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking appliances, including a stove, oven, two-drawer dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, and a large pantry stocked with cooking essentials.

The balcony, seating six, features a sun lounge and gas BBQ. Downstairs are four bedrooms, three with queen beds, tallboys/clothing racks, ceiling fans, and bedside tables. The fourth bedroom has a ceiling fan, two single beds with bedside tables and a clothing rack. There is also a second living room with a two-seater lounge, seven single chairs, a TV, and a medium sized fridge.

The home is designed for comfort in all seasons, with ducted heating and cooling throughout.

* The garage is not available for guest use

* A $500 refundable security bond is required for all bookings and must be received before key collection instructions are provided

* Report any cleaning or maintenance issues upon arrival to avoid any responsibility issues upon departure.

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish upon departure

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* Porta cots and highchairs are available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Schoolies bookings, groups under 25, or large gatherings such as parties, bucks, or hens nights are not accepted.
