The Space:
Mareazul is a tropical haven. It’s stunning and beautiful every which way you turn, and it’s off the beaten path, a bit north of downtown Playa del Carmen, but still close enough to 5th Avenue, where you can start far north and walk cycle or take a 5-10 min taxi ride or drive to a prime spot on 5th Ave, lined with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, live music and more.

The main spaces of this ground-floor condo:

- LUMINOUS OPEN LIVING SPACE with two plush sofas and a large wall-mounted Smart TV – the perfect spot for relaxing downtime moments at home with direct access to your private patio and pool.

- PRIVATE COVERED PATIO with a SPA TUB, cushioned sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table with a BBQ for grill nights by the pool!

- PERSONAL WADING POOL in front of the patio that’s a shallow depth and perfect for taking dips to cool off any time you’d like and when you don’t feel like going out to the big resort pool onsite.

- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with quality appliances and all you’d need to prepare healthy meals at home.

- KITCHEN ISLAND, where you’ll find the electric stove with an extractor and light above it and lots of counter space for meal prep.

- ROUND DINING TABLE with 6 cushioned chairs for sit-down meals at home, conversation style!

- 2 PLUSH BEDROOMS, both with two queen beds and ensuite bathrooms and great closet space. Bedroom 1 has direct access to the pool and patio. And for added convenience to accommodate 8 guests comfortably, there’s another full bathroom near the utility room.

- A FREE DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT in front of the building entrance.

You may find it hard to leave Marezaul’s paradise, with its gorgeous 10,000 sq ft swimming pool with bridges and swim-up ledges to sunbathe, plenty of poolside loungers, and the beach and sea just in front. You’ll have two restaurants on-site if you don’t feel like going too far. One of them is beachside, so you can enjoy a relaxing brunch with a Caribbean Sea view! Or, head to Marena Beach Club for a change of scenery and a more lively experience. They also have a pool there and serve food with a full bar.

On top of this, you’ll also have grand amenities like a modern gym and spa with massage services, tennis courts, a mini-mart and a golf course just next door, the Gran Coyote Golf Course, designed by the legendary PGA Pro Nice Price.

You’ll have everything you could need to enjoy a dream vacation!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access to the amenities at the complex.

The Neighborhood:
Inside Mareazul Beach Resort at the north end of Playa del Carmen, about a 5-10 minute taxi ride to the famous 5th Avenue where you’ll find block after block of restaurants, cafes, bars, live music venues, great nightlife, rooftop pools, and some of the best shopping in the world!

Playa offers beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, stand-up paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (freshwater sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht & fishing charters, golf, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more! The island of Cozumel is just a 45-minute ferry ride!

Getting Around:
The condo is located in Mareazul, about 53 km | 33 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Please check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies based on the time of day. If you arrive by car, there’s a dedicated parking spot for you. If you're not renting a car, then it's best to pre-arrange airport transportation.

For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) where you need to go.

Other Things to Note:
Important Notice: Restoration works are underway on the paddle and tennis courts at Mareazul, which will remain closed on the scheduled dates through October 25, weather permitting.

We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note when you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.

There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.

Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises unless with prior authorization if service pets. A pet fee applies.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property using door codes. However, first you must stop at two gates to show your ID and give the security guard the address. There is one guarded gate upon entry to Corasol community and another upon entry to Mareazul. The doors to the building and to the condo have keyless entry with digital codes. These access codes will be sent to you before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Amazing Space Amazing Property

Loved our time here!! Such a great, spacious, well-appointed, convenient place to stay. Our only observation would be the firm beds in the master bedroom which weren’t to our preference. But some may be okay with that. We slept comfortably in the second bedroom though! We would stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful Condo in PDC!

Check in was a breeze and the condo itself is beautiful! It’s a decent walk to the beach and the main restaurant at the complex but that was not an issue for us. The private pool was wonderful to have in addition to the huge complex pool. It was never a problem finding chairs, my only complaint about the complex is that the hot tubs were not kept on and actually usually colder than the pool. This is a car dependent area if you want to go to town So be prepared to drive or taxi. Overall we loved our stay here and would return again!

Villa and private pool was lovely but we had a few issues. The AC occasionally tripped out so we had to turn off/on at circuit breakers. The bottom sheets of all the beds didn’t fit properly so were scrunching up making them uncomfortable. There were no instructions for the safe and appliances or where to dispose of the rubbish. The main problem we had was that the five ring hob was not working when we arrived. Although maintenance arrived promptly it couldn’t be fixed so we were left with a two ring temporary hob for two weeks. This was very inconvenient especially on Christmas Day! The grounds and facilities were wonderful, very clean and well maintained and Staff were friendly.The Vrbo contact and Stella concierge were both very responsive to our reports and requests.

Excellent

We stayed at Moon Palace Cancun for the first part of our spring break week vacation. It was glorious, but there were a lot of people there and so we were so relieved when we went to Mareazul for the last half of our vacation. This condo was amazing. It was spacious, clean, modern and we felt very safe there. Our kids are ages 6, 14 and 16. It is very conveniently located. We did 1 day excusion at Xcerat, which was fantastic and close-by. The condo was large and quiet. The pool restaurant was delicious, but pricey. I do highly recommend you rent a car. Walmart is nearby for nothing is in walking distance, which was fine by us. We thought Mareazul was quiet but still enough people around to feel social. The kids loved the pools and beach. I highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious place that is clean, modern safe and not super busy like a resort over spring break.
