Guests are welcome to park onsite in the driveway, with room for up to 5 cars.

Heating & Cooling
This beautiful rural residence is appointed with ducted heating and cooling for the entire house. Laffing Waters Retreat also has a fireplace in the main living room, perfect for relaxation during the cooler months (firewood not provided). Each of the four bedrooms also contain ceiling fans for optimum comfort.

High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay.

Amenities:
The home is well equipped with coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Wi-Fi:
High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay

Guest Access:
Guests will access to the entire home for the duration of their stay.

Bathurst is located on the banks of the Macquarie River, it is a vibrant country city with a rich cultural heritage.
Bathurst is the heartland of motor racing in Australia, but the famed Mount Panorama circuit isn't the only drawcard of this thriving regional centre. A rich goldfields history, spectacular limestone caves and a year-long program of events and festivals make this Central Tablelands town a must-see.
Bathurst is a city of contrasts; constantly evolving. Heritage-listed buildings and rich history fuse with incredible museums and galleries.

Other Things to Note:
- The house is on rainwater, so please use it thoughtfully. The bathrooms drain to a septic system, so it is only appropriate for organic waste and toilet paper.

- Fireplace & Firepit: this property has a fireplace and firepit that you are more than welcome to use in the cooler months if you wish. We do not provide wood so please be aware of this when booking. We will remind you in the check in details to purchase wood along with firestarters and matches prior to your arrival and can give you locations on where to pick up wood on the way.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan on giving my guests space but am available when needed. It is a working farm and you may see the owner from time to time.
