Great property. It’s in a nice neighborhood and the place was modern and well stocked. It is a ways from any town but a good location it you want to activiites in manitou or the royal gorge.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay here with 2 couples. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and even hand fed mule deer from the porch.

Overall it was good, all of us found the beds a bit hard, we were disappointed with the hot tub not very messaging at all.. But all in all we enjoyed our stay..

We loved this location!

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this place is it! The location was immaculately clean and well decorated. The home is well stocked to stay in and enjoy time with loved ones. The care shown in the management of this property is obvious. Phenomenal!

Very nice and unexpected pleasure

The house was very nice, very clean, and nicely decorated. Was able to take walks around neighborhood, nice hot tub at night. Check out was misunderstood time of 10 we thought it was 11 oops

Perfect Family Vacation

My family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property (wife, 2 kids, father-in-law and golden retriever). It was in the perfect location. Away from everything, but if you need groceries, etc. - the Wal-Mart is only 30 minutes down the road in Woodland Park, CO. We liked how new the property was and it literally has everything in the kitchen to be able to cook every night. Thank you again!

Unit inside was very nice, booked for the hot tub since there is no mountain view but the tub was dirty and chlorine dispenser was broken, chlorine tablets were in the bottom of the tub. Managers responded quickly and very kind. They had maintenance come out the next day. Unfortunately the chemicals were so high they instantly irritated eyes and sinuses. Never was able to use. Disappointing since we were only there two nights.

Very Clean.The only problemI had was that everything should have been in working order upon arrivalfor the Money that I paid to rent the Property.The Hot Tub mot working until the 2nd day of our stay is one thing(I Fixed that myself)Ceiling fans not working in 2 of the 3 Bedrooms and the third one I had to switch on the Fan myself for the correct rotation of the motor for the fan to blow air.Lamp in the Master Bedroom on closet side not working(didn't have a light bulb to check it & and shouldn't have to)Other than that it was Great.

The property states more than once, that it had Mountain Views. It absolutely DOES NOT. It’s a nice place, but we could have stayed so many other nicer places for that kind of money, but chose this one because of the Mountain Views. The pictures made it look private. This is also misleading as the neighbors are very close on both sides and can watch as you’re relaxing in the hot tub if they wanted to. Beware, as there is also no AC. It’s difficult to leave the windows open at night for fear of a bear possibly making their way in. It can very well happen way out in that remote area. Unless you are connected to their wifi, plan on not having ANY cell service. We had to travel miles down the road to get 2 bars to try to contact the host when as issue arose with our check-in process. Though, the host offered to send someone to come fix it (because everyone wants that on their vacation), there were quite a few things damaged when we arrived, along with multiple cleanliness issues, that I find unacceptable when spending that kind of money on a once-every-decade or so trip. The washer was very mildewy and the bathroom shower curtain was covered in mold and smelled awful. The showers had other people’s hair in them and the spare blankets and throw were not washed. They smelled unclean. Also, VERY IMPORTANT…these beds were THE MOST uncomfortable beds we have EVER tried to sleep on, and we stay at quite a few places across the country. This was the worst. We won’t stay there again.
