This recently updated, 3-bedroom/2-bathroom condo offers amazing views from 2 oceanfront balconies! It includes 4 queen beds, 1 king bed, a sleeper sofa, HD flat-screen TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and jetted tub. New to Luxury Beach Rentals! Located in the Breakers Resort Paradise Tower, this updated three-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo accommodates 12 guests with 4 queen beds, one king bed and a sleeper sofa. The unit also includes HD flat-screen TVs, a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, basic cookware, and utensils), a washer and dryer, a jetted tub, and two oceanfront balconies.

The Breakers Resort in Myrtle Beach is a distinctive oceanfront destination with five towers in the center of the Grand Strand. It offers 700 feet of beachfront near local attractions and amenities. Enjoy indoor and outdoor water activities like a lazy river, hot tubs, and various pools. Dining options range from Starbucks and full-service restaurants to a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream parlor.

Very clean and convenient property. Having access to the entire resort made the property feel huge and enjoyable. I will definitely rent this property again. the owners are extremely professional and respond to any needs quickly.

Spacious Unit with Amazing Views

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful unit. There was plenty of room to spread out and we loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.

Neighbors and pools

Next door neighbor smoked Mariana on Belcony which ruined our belcony experience . Hotel staff simply knocked on door but did nothing. Next door neighbor played loud music all night long. Hotel security knocked on did but did nothing. ;3) nights with no sleepPools were cloudy and could of been cleaner

The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, bakeware, utensils, etc. The resort was perfect for our kids. We had to reach out once at the start of our stay regarding a minor issue and the host was very responsive and offered a quick solution. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

A WONDERFUL TIME!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean; right on the beach.. I would recommend the unit be furnished with a broom and dust pan (not just a vacuum) in order for occupants to keep the place tidy. The TV’s in the bedrooms were older models and there were no directions on how to operate them. We could not get the TV in the master bedroom to turn on.. Additionally, it would be great to include information in the guide on how to secure beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach instead of leaving that to the customer to figure out. The guide indicated that pool access cut-off time was 10:00 pm, but others were at the pool well after that time. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views were amazing! The place was very clean and well stocked with kitchen basics. Lots of restaurants within walking distance that were very good. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed,but nothing that would keep me from giving 5 stars. One of the four TVs didn't work. One of the showers had a problem that didn't effect the shower, but wasted water. One of the chairs had a rip in it, and the coffee table was super wobbly. I am completely satisfied with this stay- only relaying maintenance needs.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were really looking forward to our vacation however this listing was not as it seemed. While the property was clean and in a good location. Upon arrival, we noticed that many of the furnishing were old and damaged. This was not overly surprising as rentals are generally maintained with items that the owners don't mind damage to. Upon opening the curtains to the wall of windows, we were met with many balconies full of people staring right back at us. Again, not a huge deal as they are maximizing space. The bigger issues were with the property management company. When we reported that we were not provided enough towels for the number of guests we had, we were told to do laundry to get the required number of towels we needed. We finally got some additional towels the afternoon prior to our departure but the lack of customer service was felt with this listing from start to finish. Even when we booked the listing, we were supposed to be provided with a discount on the rental and I had to call to get the discount and was met with a huge amount of pushback even for that.

Great location & amenities!

The place appeared clean for the most part, just a bit outdated. There was a slight delay with check-in due to some miscommunication with paperwork but overall, the mishap was handled promptly. The location was amazing, pools were great for all ages! The check-out instructions were a bit extensive. We were asked to strip all bedding and place by washer and personally I felt like that was a bit much. Especially since the boxsprings were not presentable; they had stains and pillows were stained as well. I was surprised they wanted us to expose it. Unfortunately we saw a roach on our last night. It is possible it could have came from another unit but I felt compelled to mention it. They also sent maintenance to our unit without warning and he was about to let himself in but I was able to open the door before he completed the code. I wasn’t too comfortable with that. Then when we first checked in we were met with a staff member who again, I was not made aware of and was caught by surprise. Not too bad of a stay but a few things could have been handled differently.
