Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 11th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! New to Luxury Beach Rentals, this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 11th floor offers beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The oceanfront master bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a large oceanfront balcony. The second room offers one queen bed and the third room offers two double beds. Other features include flat screen TVs, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.




The resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quiet family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn. The resort also has a Starbucks and ice cream shop onsite.

This condo provides a queen air mattress instead of a sofa sleeper.

- Caribbean Resort is smoke-free. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in guest rooms, on balconies, or common areas around the property. Guests may smoke in the new smoking area located at the end of the Dominican building ground floor.

- 7 night minimum from Sunday to Sunday required in peak summer season and 3 night minimum outside summer season.

- A deposit is required to make a reservation and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival

-No motorcycles, trailers, or pets allowed on the premises.

Beautiful and comfortable condo that has amazing views. The place was clean and spacious for our family of 4. The host was very accommodating and available for any questions we had. The space had a beautiful fireplace which was a bonus on the cool nights. There was a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets needed although we didn’t use any as I don’t cook on vacation, but if you choose too it was available. The only thing I’d mention is that the beds and couch are very modern and low to the ground. My husband and son are over 6’5 and it was definitely noticeable to them. Otherwise, it wasn’t an issue ( it may be for someone who just had a recent hip/knee surgery though). The building had a nice fitness room that we used and it wasn’t busy. It had all the equipment needed for a nice workout. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone and another bonus was that we were able to see the fireworks on NYE from the pier without driving there. We will definitely be back to this condo in the future.

The property was clean and the kitchen stocked with everything! The sundries in the bathroom were an added surprise!! TThe 2 back bedrooms could use blackout blinds. The hallway lights shine through in those 2 rooms. Our only complaint was taking the garbage across the street behind the parking garage. This was an inconvenience. The condo facility should have a ‘garbage pick up’ and if you miss their pick up time a lot then you take the garbage over yourself.

Dont expect trash bags, salt and pepper, or internet that will allow your kids to watch tv in the evening. The place is fairly comfy and comes with a good stock of dishes, untensils etc but no coffee, no salt and pepper, no trash bags, two of the 4 tvs had dead batteries on arrival and didnt get replacement batteries until day 3 but didnt matter because internet wasnt good enough to stream any content in the evening. Was told they dont offer coffee or things like salt and pepper. The price thats paid for this unit should be more of a premium experience but felt like we were in a budget place. Oh and the beds are kinda rickety like cheap ikea and hard on the shins when you walk around them. Also you can"t even use the oven without the smoke detectors going off constantly and then the final night they were beeping every 15 seconds so I just took them down. I dont like to complain but this just felt like a let down and will look elsewhere for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Nice Condo

Overall a nice condo on the beach. Plenty of room and the host was very responsive if we had any questions. Only suggestion would be for thicker shades/blinds on the front rooms. The windows take a lot of light in from the hallway making it difficult for kids to sleep.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a 3 bedroom condo for a week for my family and I. The views of the ocean were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was recently renovated and very pleasant. The mgmt company we found extremely convenient and professional. They were reachable via text if we needed anything at all. My family had an amazing time and we definitely are looking forward to staying at the Caribbean resort again in the near future.
