Chic yet playful with a spacious layout that highlights the home's mid-century design, this gorgeous 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has recently been updated with outdoor living and entertaining in mind.

The expansive open-concept floor plan is ideal for relaxing and gathering. Light and bright with playful pops of color and beautifully decorated, the living area offers comfortable furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. A sun-kissed dining area with a glass round table with 4 chairs and a window bench seat makes gathering for meals easy, and the chef in the group will love cooking in the sleek, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter and cupboard space.

A large private backyard boasts stunning mountain views, a pool and spa, and plenty of outdoor seating to soak up the sun and gaze up at the stars. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning under the sun canopy, spend the day lounging poolside, and dine alfresco in the evening at the outdoor picnic tables.

When it is time to turn in for the night, guests have their choice of 4 stylish bedrooms. The primary bedroom with a King Bed has an ensuite bathroom that boasts a stunning soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks, and opens directly to the pool area. There is another private ensuite with a walk-in shower attached to the second bedroom which has a queen bed, plus 2 extra guest rooms that open to the outside of the home – each with their own private patio space. The first of which has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds.

If you choose to venture out, Downtown Palm Springs is just minutes away with fantastic restaurants, shopping, entertainment, museums, and the Casino. Access to a bicycle and pedestrian pathway from Palm Springs to Coachella is also near Demuth Park where you can find pickleball courts, a playground, and a dog park.

This home has a security device: A ring camera at the front door and two cameras in front of the home.

No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TVs, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.

Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.

Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.

Monthly Stays – Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.

Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
