We had a great stay here for a weekend with friends in Palm Springs. Great kitchen for cooking and lots of nice communal space for socializing. The pool and backyard are big, the bathrooms are nice, and plenty of space and privacy in all 4 bedrooms. We had issues with being locked out of the thermostat, so we couldn't control the house temperature for the first two days of our stay, and the heating app for the pool and hot tub was very confusing to use, so we paid to use the pool and hot tub, but didn't have much luck using them.

The property is suitable for 8 people. However, you get a feel of hotel rather than a house. Kitchen was absolutely empty except two rolls of paper towels and some coffee filters. Only two garbage bags for entire week. The same situation with bathrooms, one small tube of shampoo per person. Bed in one of the bedrooms is very squeaky and makes loud noise noticeable in the other rooms. The pool is a good size as well as hot tub. No one informed as about the app to control the hot tub until three days later we asked if the pool can be heated. There were a few bicycles in the garage, but all with flat tires. Location is good, close to the airport and not too far from downtown.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

This home is as it appears in the photos, except nicer. It's spacious, well-appointed, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The mountain views are spectacular, and the backyard is a dream. The home was spotless, and the hosts were excellent communicators. Highly recommended!

Clean and decently maintained. Cute decor and layout is beautiful. Pool was a nice layout, but water feature was only intermittently working. Pillows were terrible and felt like they were inflated full of air, this was mentioned in a previous review I now realize. Bed in back master was rickety and made noise on the tile floor every time we moved. Washing machine makes horrible noises the whole time it’s operating. The back doors were all unlocked when we arrived. Main issue though: we really would have appreciated clear statement in the listing that this property is directly under the flight path. Planes were still landing after 11:00 pm and started thundering at 6AM every morning. Not restful at all. Would never have spent that kind of money had we known this, especially when the rules about tenant noise are so strict, it was ironic.

We want to note that most of the issues you mentioned were not brought to our attention during your stay, but we are currently addressing the bed and pillow concerns you raised. Regarding the noise from aircraft, this is unfortunately beyond our control. While it may be noticeable at times, it has not impacted past guests’ experiences. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to look for ways to improve the property for future stays.

Staycation

Our stay was nice. We booked a last minute rental for our family and dog. House was clean and as described. Host was easy to contact and replied quickly. Only issue was that it took almost a whole day for the air to cool down the house and it seemed the AC wasn’t working in one bedroom.

The Perfect Little Oasis

From the start it was really perfect. We had a small issue with the internet not working. They had a tech come and fix it right away. He was so kind and attentive. The place was perfect for us. Location was perfect. Close to everything. Easy to find and the check-in and checkout was simple and to the point.

Great layout for the home. Nice vibe and we really enjoyed the pool. The shower in the hallway bathroom off the kitchen does not work properly. Everything else was great!

We always appreciate pictures that are accurate and these were. The house was very clean.We noticed a few shortcomings when we arrived and management was quick to address and solve the issues.This house makes a nice short term rental. A prior review mentioned that somethings have fallen thru the cracks, we agree. The kitchen cooking utensils were barely adequate, and some were cheap. Our family was there for two weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday and we sometimes struggled to cook our numerous meals. December temperatures were average to cold. We had to contact management to obtain the code for the thermostat. There is no heat source in the breakfast room and the bedroom with the fireplace, so those rooms and the adjacent rooms were cold. The bedroom fireplace was empty so we weren’t able to use it.We did have some safety concerns when in the pool and spa area as there are no railings into either. There were several hoses in front of the spa steps that were a potential trip hazard making entry challenging.

The check-in was normal but the kitchen was absolutely terrible. Dirty dishes, dirty dining table, everything was sticky and greasy in the kitchen. The towels were dirty too. Another terrible experience here was the AC, it never worked correctly! It was 95 inside of the house and the lowest it went was 90.

Hello Juan, we take all guest concerns seriously and want to clarify a few points regarding your stay and review. 1) The AC had been repaired earlier on the day of your arrival and, just a few hours after your initial report, was professionally checked again. At that time, the system was confirmed to be blowing 60-degree air. While it did take a short period to bring the home fully to your preferred temperature, you later confirmed that it eventually caught up and operated normally for the remainder of your stay. 2) Regarding the cleanliness of the kitchen and towels, our records, photos, and routine inspections indicate that the home was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. We maintain very high standards across all our properties, and this report does not align with the condition documented before check-in, nor was it ever brought to our attention during your stay. We strive to provide accurate and comfortable experiences for all guests, and we take reports like these seriously. While we apologize for a bumpy check in with the AC issue, we want to remain transparent that this was fixed prior to your arrival, and no cleanliness issues were brought to our attention at all, which we would have been more than happy to assist. We hope to have you back in the future to provide a flawless stay.

Very roomy

We had a great time in Palm Springs. The house is very large and well stocked. We appreciated the basket of beach towels for the pool and the large number of dishes and kitchen tools, having 2 tables let us use one for snacks and the other for board games. We gathered around the gas fireplace at night. The house was very clean and the tile floors throughout meant no dust or Allergins. Our only complaint was the pillows. They collapsed under your head to total flatness. We ended up going to target and buying pilows to get a good nights sleep. The house is under the takeoff route for the airport so it was loud in the backyard, but there were no flights at night so it did not disrupt our rest. All in all a wonderful vacation spot.
