This character-rich loft-style executive condo boasts an open-concept style and upgraded quartz countertops.
Our loft is located in a beautifully restored heritage building that dates back to the early 1900s.
Our space is nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood right in the heart of Winnipeg's vibrant Exchange District. It's designed to cater to families, travelling business folks, and short- and long-term visitors. The best part? You're just a 5-minute stroll away from Downtown, so all the excitement is at your doorstep. You'll find the Canada Life Centre, the University of Winnipeg, the Human Rights Museum, The Forks, breweries, and the city's finest restaurants within walking distance.
A private rooftop patio is available in summer months where you can BBQ, or share a bottle of wine while overlooking the city lights.
The Exchange District is known for its vibrant arts and culture scene, with numerous galleries, theatres, and music venues within walking distance. The area is also home to some of the city's best restaurants, cafes, and shops.
In-suite washer and dryer, as well as detergent and fabric softener, is included with no extra charge.
High-speed wifi and a 55-inch TV with Apple TV+ are included, as well as an Alexxa Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your music.

This space comes with a 24/7 covered parking spot! The spot is located conveniently across the street. We provide you with a garage door opener and specific instructions as to where to park. We also offer high-speed wi-fi!
If you’re staying with us for a while, there are beautiful walking paths along the river and parks nearby. Hair salons around the corner, fantastic local gyms, art studios and hospitals (Health Sciences Centre & St. Boniface). As soon as you walk in you’ll notice the large windows that allow tons of natural light.
***NO PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS***
(There is zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit, or any type of party taking place. Noise complaints will result in a $200.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises)
* Check-in is 3:00 pm-9:00 pm. The doors outside lock and we cannot buzz you in past 9:00 pm.
* If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine offenders*
Other things to note
As part of our commitment to providing you with a seamless experience, we have arranged for a starter kit to be in the unit for your convenience.
The starter kit includes essential items such as toilet paper, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry pods. These items will help you get started with your stay, and we hope they make settling into the unit a little easier for you.
However, we would like to remind you that guests should plan to bring their own coffee/tea, as well as spices and cooking products. While we have provided the essentials, we encourage you to personalize your stay and make it your own by bringing your favourite foods.
If you do run out of any of the items in the starter kit during your stay, please note that you will have to replenish them yourself. We kindly ask that you purchase these items from a nearby store or supermarket as needed.

We kindly ask that you bag up all garbage and dispose of it in the garbage chute provided down the hallway by the second set of elevators (unmarked door).
We appreciate your help in keeping the unit clean and tidy for our next guests.
In addition, while it is not necessary, we would be grateful if you could place all used towels in a pile by the washer. We also kindly ask that you strip the beds of the fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases.
We also ask that all dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher and started before departure. This helps ensure the unit is left in good condition for the next guest.
The FOB and garage door opener provided during your stay must be returned to the unit (in the exact location you found them in). These items are important for the security and safety of the unit, and we appreciate your cooperation in returning them.
