Getting Around:

This is a remote location down dirt roads, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.



Other Things to Note:

Please note the following:

* Pool & Spa Heating Fees: May & September are included. October & April are $200 per night, and November to March are $300 per night. Pool heating is unavailable in January and February. The spa is free to heat year-round.

* This is a pet-free home.

* No glass is allowed by the pool or spa; plastic cups are provided.

* There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

* Cell service varies by provider; enable Wi-Fi calling for better service.

* We are hosted by Homestead Modern, and our local team is available from 9 AM to 9 PM.
