Just steps from the Guadalupe River, Hunt is especially known for its old west charm and good old–fashioned Southern hospitality. Located 80 miles Northwest of San Antonio, WorldMark Hunt - Stablewood Springs Resort has convenient highway access, making it easy to explore the local area from any direction.

Saddle up and explore the local area. It is a five-minute drive to Downtown Kerrville, 25 minutes to Fredericksburg, and 30 minutes to Bandera. Get active with golf, hunting, kayaking, ranch cookouts, winery tours and state parks. Head to Stonehenge II, a smaller replica of the original. Do some swimming, kayaking or fishing in the Guadalupe River or check out the scenic hiking trails at Enchanted Rock State Natural Area. Go line dancing at the local rodeo, or drive to San Antonio and visit the Alamo or take the kids to see Shamu at SeaWorld.

Welcome to Hill Country, where good old-fashioned Southern hospitality permeates throughout WorldMark Hunt - Stablewood Springs Resort`s contemporary property. A fusion of Southwest style and modern architecture, this spacious resort ranch comes with all of the modern amenities needed to make you feel right at home. The whole family will appreciate the on-site outdoor activities, including two outdoor pools, complete with a water slide, and hiking/biking trails along the property. Keep up your exercise routine in the fitness center or take it outside to breathe in the fresh air. Along with a friendly staff, barbecue grills and picnic areas as well as Wi-Fi access to stay connected. All of the spacious ranch-styled suites come fitted with modern kitchens, washer and dryers, and fireplaces to cozy up to in your room.

Important Notice:

In January and February 2026, paving work will occur in some parking lots. Guests may hear construction noise from 9 AM to 5 PM. All amenities will remain open.

The Hill Country of Texas was devastated by flooding in early July. While WorldMark Stablewood Springs is ready to welcome owners to the resort beginning Aug. 4th, please be aware that local officials are restricting access to some roadways, including those navigating to the resort. There is a checkpoint in effect, where you will be asked to show ID and proof of your reservation at the resort. We highly recommend that you bring your printed confirmation with you to show as proof to the checkpoint. Please note: the checkpoint is maintained by law enforcement officers, and they may deny entry at their discretion.

As you plan your for your stay at WorldMark Stablewood Springs, be sure to research the status of local activities and attractions, as many remain closed. The Guadalupe River is expected to be inaccessible for several months. For those wishing to have activities planned outside the resort, we recommend you consider a day trip to Fredericksburg, known for its German heritage and wineries.

• Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. The resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
• Pool and hot tub hours are 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Outdoor pools are heated and open year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for information.
• The resort has partnered with the River Hill Country Club, and guests are allowed to access their amenities. Guests can make lunch, dinner, golf, tennis, or pickleball reservations.
• Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all WorldMark Managed locations and Not Managed locations.
