Welcome to our house. We love our home, we know you will too!

You will find your holiday home overlooking the famous Tangalooma Wild Dolphin Resort. As Tangalooma accommodation goes, it doesn't get better. This magnificent location overlooks the iconic Moreton Bay with uninterrupted views. This house is in the best location in the estate with views of the Tangalooma Beach!

The house is fully furnished and features a superbly designed and newly built kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare meals and snacks. The open-plan design and spacious living areas provide a comfortable and relaxing space for you to unwind after a long day of exploring the island. Whether you're cooking up a storm in the kitchen, lounging by the pool or simply taking in the breath taking views from your private balcony, you'll feel right at home at Banyandah Waters Beach House.

The master and 2nd bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with high quality ceiling fans in all other rooms.

This luxury Beach House is kid friendly with a separate kids room downstairs and of course the pool! Happy kids...happy holidays!

Whether you are sitting on the upstairs or downstairs verandas you can take in the view of the famous Tangalooma wrecks, across to the Glass House Mountains, in fact all the way to the beautiful Sunshine Coast and Brisbane City skyline. This view will not disappoint at any time of the day!

This view is inclusive of the beach right outside the famous Tangalooma Resort!

Guest access
The resort is a short 5 minute walk down bush stairs however some guests prefer to hire a 6-8 seat golf buggy from the resort. Hiring a golf buggy enables guests to drive around the beautiful hilltop homes above the resort!
Other things to note
Please note weekly discount is not applicable during school holiday periods.
Guests will need to supply own toiletries, shampoo etc. All linen and toilet paper is supplied inclusive of bath towels. Guests will need to provide their own beach towels, sunscreen etc.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please empty the dishwasher.
Turn off all lights and Air Conditioning units. Close all the windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not wash sand from vehicles on the driveway as wet sand blocks the storm water pipes. Guests may use the grass area at front. A $250 fee applies.
The pool is STRICTLY for house guests only. No jumping or climbing fences. Strictly no glass containers or glass in the pool area.
House is not a Party House. Guests attending weddings or other group events will not be permitted.

Amazing Stay

This was a great location for a family holiday. Gorgeous relaxing views, excellent teenager/kids retreat, comfy beds, fully kitted out kitchen with ample staples with games and DVDs. Able to wander down in the gold buggy for the dolphin program viewing from the pier and the best ATV tour the kids and we have been on. Really great stay. Highly recommended.

Great property with amazing views and location. It was our first time visiting Moreton Island and we absolutely loved every minute of it. The house has everything you would need to have a wonderful time away from home. We particularly enjoyed the view upstairs and BBQ& pool area. Rob was so easy to deal with and made sure we were all set up for our stay. We will definitely be back.

Photos don’t do it justice

We had an excellent stay, the photos online don’t do the property justice. The view is amazing, plenty to do. Beach all day and then private pool in the afternoon. Rob was very friendly and easy going. Everything was supplied that we needed for two young families. Even the two fridges meant we could keep the food seperate. We will be back!
