Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was OK. Did have problem with a few bugs in kitchen area. Rental was clean otherwise.

Location was great but unit that we stayed in not so great. Problems that we had were kitchen faucet not working, spray hose for kitchen sink does not pull out in order to do dishes, ceiling in both spare bedrooms had a rusty gooey substances coming from the ceiling, unit itself was not very clean. On arrival, couch in the family room looks like it needs to be thrown out, a broken off metal prong from a plug for a vacuum was stuck in an outlet next to the master bed bedside table which maintenance came and removed, but it still couldn’t be used! Maintenance said it was a safety issue. If you touch the metal prong and the screw on the outlet cover, maintenance also sprayed the ceiling with.a patch spray, dryer does not heat up and dry properly, stains on the beds and pillows, fridge had a broken shelf, spare bed shower water pressure was terrible. The broom you used to clean up needed to be thrown away because it looked like a rats nest.

View was amazing, condo is not updated and exquisite as the description states.

We were disappointed in the filth of this condo. The floors left black dirt on our feet, the sinks were clogged, there were several broken appliances and doors. The nightstand in master bedroom had food, insulin syringes and pill containers, with medication in it. The walls need to be cleaned, you can see the filth on them, especially thenwall behind the couch and side table. It is sticky. The furniture needs a shampooing. The floor boards that should be white, are dirty. The dishwasher leaked water, the doors to the laundry room are broken, the glass shelf at the bottom of the fridge is missing and the plastic piece is broken. The dishes in the cupboards and the cupboards were dirty, we washed as much as we could. The kitchen faucet handle was not even attached, my husband fixed that. I did let Luxury Beach Rentals know and she did offer to have maintenance come in, but we were there to get married at the resort and did not have time to let someone come in after we had already checked in. The place needs a serious deep cleaning. We had several couples staying at the same resort due to our wedding and their condos were very clean and updated.

Nice resort

The resort was very nice. We had stayed there before. The unit has some issues. The living room furniture is in desperate need of replacement. The refrigerator has duct tape hold up a drawer. The door to open and close the washer/dryer area doesn’t connect at the top. The sink water pressure in the bathrooms is extremely low. The tray holding the utinsels was dirty and this was listed on the 2 most recent reviews and nothing was done. We cleaned it up. The communication with the company that rents the h it was good. They quickly answered any questions we had. It was a group of guys staying there so we just dealt with the issues we had. Being on the beach and having access to several hot tubs was very nice. I would stay there again if the living room furniture was replaced.

Great Location

Cleanliness is very important when choosing a location to stay. Although everything else about our stay was top tier, the cleanliness was not. Spots on sheets, hair in refrigerator/freezer, utensil drawer that held the utensils was dirty, floor was dirty. Because it was only a weekend trip, we decided to stay and make the best of it, but I would suggest a good thorough cleaning and replacing the bedding and making sure there are no hairs left in the refrigerator.

Filthy

This condo is the nastiest place I’ve stayed in Myrtle. The furniture is stained and worn out. The pillows and mattress pads are all stained and gross. There was hair on the glasses in the cupboard. The silverware and holder were dirty. I had to buy windex because you couldn’t see out the doors or windows for fingerprints. The door jams and walls around the lights are dirty. I can tell you it is not cleaned between renters. They put sheets on and put the clean dishes away.
