When I arrived at this property it was exactly as described by the owner and previous guests who left reviews. It is Clean and Cozy, Simple and Quiet, and the location was perfect for me and my plans in the area. Each day I felt more and more safe and 'at home' there. I would choose this property for future stays.

The house was very quiet and restful, clean, and easy to get to. We had all we needed there and enjoyed it. Also, centrally located to get to the locations we wanted to enjoy in SW Missouri. The walk from the front door and through the garage to the living space was a little awkward, especially the timing of the motion lighting.

Pleasant stay

Our stay was pleasant. We were in town to attend a funeral, so it wasn't much of a leisure trip. The location is very close to town (10-15 min at most), but still far enough out you don't hear the noise of town. The restaurant recommendations that were left in the check-in book were also well-received.
