Summary:
Chiton Shack is a modern three-bedroom house at Chiton which is positioned within walking distance to the beach and Chiton Rocks Surf Life Saving Club. Sit back and relax outdoors on the large timber deck and take in the views including the iconic Steam Ranger Cockle train when it passes by or take a leisurely walk over to the nearby beach. Port Elliots famous Horseshoe Bay, Cafes and Homewares shops are a convenient 20min walk on the very accessible bike track.
The Space:
The very spacious open plan living area has a character raked timber ceiling, TV, and comfortable lounges for relaxing. There is a lovely spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine loft with a second TV area or quiet space to read. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric cooking and a lovely large window looking out over the rear deck and distant sea views. Adjacent is the dining area which seats eight comfortably. Ducted evaporative/Split system cooling throughout the home with heaters available in each room for the cooler nights.
Bedroom one is situated at one end of the home and separated by the entrance hall. It includes a king bed, ceiling fan, raked ceiling, walk in robe and ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two is off the two-way bathroom and has a queen bed, built in robe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom three is also off the two-way bathroom and includes a single bunk bed and built in robe.
There is a large two-way bathroom with a shower, bath, vanity and a toilet.
The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer.
Driveway parking for two cars.
Garage not included. Low fencing on two sides.
