This is an excellent place to stay if you are visiting family or friends in the Phenix City/Columbus area or visiting military personnel at Ft. Benning. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was great and allowed us to have all of our family over for a meal one evening. We enjoyed our stay and easily traveled from this location to Smiths Station or to Phenix City or to Columbus. There is a small Walmart nearby, plenty of fast-food restaurants, and gas stations.

This house is absolutely amazing. My #1 overall pick. The owner and local contact are wonderful people. Communication was easy. Perfect location to stay if you are attending Ft Benning Graduations. A short 12 mile ride. Everything you need is accesible within the immediate area. The house itself is spacious and accommodating for a large family. Kitchen is supplied well with cookware etc. Bath towels and bedding are always clean and fresh. Definitely made me feel like I was at home! Love love love this place!

The house was roomy, clean, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms. We wished there was a few more bathroom linens and dinner plates, we couldn’t get the ceiling fan/light to work in the master bedroom (which was very spacious). It was difficult to use the drawers in the refrigerator because the door couldn’t open all the way. We would suggest having a binder sitting out with things to do/places to eat in the area and house rules with contact info. I know the rules were emailed but it’s always nice to have a hard copy available. I know when we arrived a storm was moving through which knocked the electricity out. When I called the contact person Miss Candice, she didn’t answer and her voicemail was full. I then had to search my email for another contact. Overall, everything listed above is minor. it was a great place and would stay again and will recommend it to others.

This property was clean and spacious. The GPS did not locate it but it was only a few houses away. Some lights were a little tricky to figure out but we did. It was nice to have two A/C systems for the upstairs and downstairs. The rental company was nice and responded quickly.
