The review is a complete lie. The unit was given clean and tidy whereas, after the guest check-out, we found it very dirty. They stained the towels and garbage was left out. They requested for late check-out at 12, and we approved it even though we had another guest check-in on same day, as a kind gesture, we approved it, however they didn't honor the time. Though they said they will leave at 12, but they left my home at 1PM! Also, We always ask our guest to contact us for any issues, however while the guest stayed, we didn't hear any issues from them. We'll not host this guest again.

The place was clean. They do have laundry, but there are certain times when they would like it done. It is in the basement of the home so somethings are shared. We did not have the trouble of having to share a parking space while we were there. There was plenty of cooking utensils, no actual coffee maker if you are a coffee drinker. Nice neighborhood. You can hear people upstairs at times, was okay for us. We had a good stay, but we were also out and about during the day hours.

I enjoyed the ease the hosts provided, everything was explained in detail and if there was anything we needed they replied quickly. The photos match in person and the home was cozy, quit, and clean. Would definitely rebook!

The picture is misleading. I didn’t know it was in a basement. It was cold and humid when we checked in. We had to use the fireplace and heater to heat up and keep the dehumidifier running. There were some noises from upstairs even after 11 pm. It has a kitchen and utensils, and a washing machine and a dryer. However, I didn’t cook or laundry, so those things were not necessary for me. We prefer to spend the same amount of money for a hotel room.

Friendly and Quick

The property itself is adorable, decor is really cute! The place was clean and quiet, and while you may hear some of the normal living sounds of the main house, it is still pretty quiet. I was able to relax! The property owners respond quick and are very nice, there was no question they left unanswered for me!
