• While we welcome families with children, please note that the suite is not child-proofed, and certain features may not be suitable for young children.
• For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are strictly prohibited within the building premises, with surveillance in place to enforce this policy.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the suite, however, guests are welcome to smoke on the balcony with the patio doors securely closed. An ashtray is provided for your convenience.
• Signing a short-term lease agreement will be required upon check-in
