Great place! Has everything needed for a comfortable stay with the kids. It was nice and warm during our chilly stay, had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds for everyone, brand new washer and dryer, and much more. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

Cozy with great location!
The house was very clean and adorable. The space was perfect for my family and I, and the location was fantastic. Really close to downtown and cool hiking areas! Would definitely recommend for your stay in flag :)
This was the perfect house for my family and my brother’s family for a family wedding weekend in flagstaff! Host was wonderful and very responsive and we loved the welcome gift. Would definitely book here again!
The house was the perfect size for 3 soccer moms and our sons staying for a soccer tournament! There were a few games the boys could play and a cute deck for us moms to sit out on and chat. Our host was very accommodating!
My family wanted a quick weekend get away that was affordable. This property was perfect. The space was nice & had plenty of space for our family. We enjoyed being able to make coffee & breakfast in the morning. It was easy to find & had ample parking. The only problem was one room had been marked as 2 double beds and it was actually 2 single beds.
This home was wonderful for our family of six. It had plenty of space and all the convenience of home! Everything we needed was supplied, check in/out instructions were clear and given well ahead of time. Lots of construction around the property, but it didn’t impact our stay. It is a shared building, with a private residence on the left side, but we never heard or saw the resident. This property is conveniently located between Sedona and the Grand Canyon,With several other points of interest close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking in this area!

Basic Needs improvemen—Disappointed for the price.
Kitchen was large, and had a very nice washer and dryer. However, as a frequent traveler, I was disappointed. While the kitchen was large, it lacked pots, pans, and even Tupperware. We had 6 in our group and had to keep washing glasses as there were only a few glasses to use. I think there may have been four coffee cups. The furniture was a hodge podge of old used items. The kitchen table had three chairs. There were two folding chairs so we had to use those plus a computer chair to eat together. The place had an empty desk, but oddly placed in the living room where the drawers hit the couch. My family rents houses when we travel so we can cook, bake and play games. This place could not accommodate us in that manner. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, I suppose this place is fine. If looking for a place to congregate with your family and enjoy an experience this is not for you. Owner was onsite which I did not expect. Seemed very nice.
