This Flagstaff house boasts 3 inviting bedrooms and 1,560 square-feet of living space in the bottom floor of this single-family residence with it's own separate entrance. The peaceful ambiance of the neighborhood and the many pine trees make it a fabulous retreat for guests. Enjoy the cozy living space, well-equipped bathroom, and a big private backyard with a 6-person hot tub (for VRBO residents), ninja course, and trampoline. We think our place will help you experience everything Flagstaff has to offer. Included in the 3rd bedroom is a treadmill for working out. Enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens on the property for breakfast if requested. Note, there is a separate residence upstairs.

We really enjoyed our stay! We needed a place close to Pikin’ in the Pines Festival and Mike’s place was just a 5 min drive from the Pepsi Amphitheater. The house was very spacious and clean and beds were quite comfortable. We would stay again next year!

My family gof 3 enjoyed this property so much, and it’s so close to everything. The backyard is perfect for kids to play in, and they have chickens with fresh eggs available. The home is very spacious so everyone can have their own space. My son is counting down the days until next year’s soccer tournament when we will definitely stay here again.

Mike (host) was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We had a couple of last-minute changes, and he was very understanding and worked with us so that we could have a comfortable and very needed vacation. The property was lovely and very clean, it was very easy to check in/out, and there was a hot tub!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great place to stay right in the middle of Flagstaff, yet still in the middle of the forest! Thank you, Julie

Home was very clean except for all of the cob webs in the windows. Loved the kitchenette. Beds were super comfy but dogs barking and stomping above at 6am was not very pleasant. It also got super hot and humid. There was no fan or airflow.

Thanks Danelle for the feedback. We did purchase 2 floor fans for air movement in case the windows are closed. We also took care of the cob webs in the windows.

Clean and cozy! Great place to stay with kids. Trampoline, chickens, play structure out back and a very nice hot tub. Residents live upstairs so you can hear them walk a bit but it didn’t bother us. They were very kind and let our kids even feed the chickens!

The house is so spacious and the hot tub amazing. A nice back yard with a beautiful view, plus the washer and dryer helped my family tremendously. The lack of stove was a challenge even though there is an electric burner but is only compatible with certain pans(which the pace only has one). The grill definitely save the day! Quick response from the host is a plus. Unfortunately, we did hear the host and or family upstairs after quiet hours listed from 10 pm to 8 am which did make it difficult for my son to sleep as he had an early soccer team. Overall great place to stay!

The property was beautiful! It literally was a hideaway. Easy enough to park, directions guiding us to the hideaway were spot on. The kids enjoyed the backyard with the variety of swinging.and hanging equipment plus the hot tub. They really loved seeing the chickens. It was the perfect place to stay and not too far from all the activities we were there for. I would definitely recommend for other travelers.

Why they chose this property

We love the forest astmosphere of University Heights. There's lots of forest trails just behind the elementary school for all to enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The charming neighborhood with all the pine trees is great for going all walks, or simpley enjoy the forest-themed neighborhood from the hot tub. We have chickens, so fresh eggs are available upon request.
