Beachfront Penthouse by Peppy Beach Retreats® (6 Adults)
Beachfront Penthouse by Peppy Beach Retreats® offers you incredible panoramic views of Geographe Bay and the Indian Ocean. This Penthouse is designed to maximise your experience of the most stunning sunsets in Australia.
The master bedroom must be seen to be believed, at 30 m2 with a private balcony, walk-in robe, and study nook. But you may instead choose to sleep under the stars in the amazing conservatory (sunroom) attached to the balcony.
You will never forget this experience.
The Space:
Beachfront Penthouse by Peppy Beach Retreats® is perched on the top floor of a massive three-level property (which can be rented separately as "Beachfront Mansion"). However, by renting Penthouse you will have an entirely separate entrance and driveway (via Cowrie Court) and will have no interaction with any guests on the bottom two floors (who access the property from a separate road) and there is no internal connection between the property, nor is there any shared space.
In renting Penthouse, you will enjoy panoramic views from almost all areas. The master bedroom in Penthouse is 30 m2 (6m x 5m) with a stunning views, a study nook, direct balcony access, and a huge walk-in-robe which connects to the bathroom. The second bedroom does not share a wall with the master and contains a comfortable queen bed.
As for the living areas, the photos speak for themselves: ocean views galore and space for your entire group to relax. Watch the sunset from your spacious balcony before enjoying the cool summer breeze or the woodfired heater in winter, and, regardless of the season, debate which of your guests can sleep under the stars in our amazing conservatory (sunroom) attached to the balcony.
Adjacent to the huge living area is the kids' room with a set of bunk beds and a special toy chest for kids of all ages.
Finally, the Penthouse is entirely self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and two-car garage which also contains additional fridge space and laundry facilities.
As noted above, you are renting one out of three floors of the entire property (listed separately as "Oceanview Mansion"). However, there are no shared spaces. There is a side gate which we ask you not to pass through so as not to encroach on the space of other guests. Those guests will be given the same instruction. There is signage to ensure that there is no confusion and this has never been an issue before.
We will be available as required throughout your stay. We do not live at the property. Contact us via the Airbnb platform or via our contact details on our website.
You have access to ample parking via Cowrie Court. There is a double garage and parking for at least an additional three cars on the property.
